This serves to inform you that SEACOM is conducting an emergency hardware and software upgrade activity on the SEACOM IP/MPLS Network. This activity will be conducted in the Johannesburg, South Africa region and is scheduled from 20:00GMT on Thursday 14th December 2023 to 04:00GMT on Friday 15th December 2023.

Although the maintenance window is scheduled for eight (8) hours, customers with services on the IP/MPLS network could experience 60 minutes of downtime during this period.
